Repositioning and rinsing the clamp after each emptying is still the most tedious part of the routine. The Esteem+ drainable pouch eliminates this with the InvisiClose closure, integrated into the bottom of the pouch and sealed by simply folding it up. It attaches to a convex Durahesive skin barrier that gently presses around the stoma to maintain contact on recessed or uneven skin.

A two-piece system, the Esteem + separates the skin barrier from the pouch, so the pouch can be changed without removing the skin barrier. The pre-cut opening eliminates the need for scissors, and the convex shape of the skin barrier fills in creases around the stoma. The filter allows gas to escape discreetly.
