Getting up from a wheelchair becomes complicated when the footrests get in the way. On the Silver Sport II, they pivot outward to clear the front of the chair and facilitate transfer to a bed or chair. The legrests then adjust to the desired length without tools, directly by hand.
- Urethane tires on composite wheels roll without inflation and require very little maintenance
- 8" front casters attach in three positions to adjust seat height
- Embossed vinyl on the seat and backrest can be cleaned with a damp cloth
- A pocket on the back of the backrest keeps personal belongings within reach
The padded armrests of the Silver Sport II cushion arm support when sitting for extended periods and the embossed vinyl seat can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The urethane tires roll without inflation, so no punctures or pressure checks are needed.
