The GenuTrain OA can be adjusted while worn with a Boa dial, without tools and without removing it. A simple turn tightens the figure-eight strapping connected to the hinged metal brace, and the three-point support transfers the load to the healthy side of the knee. You can therefore increase the offloading when pain increases, then release it when you are seated.
