The AirTouch F20 cushion is made of memory foam rather than silicone. It rubs less and presses less firmly on the face, so red marks upon waking are much less common, especially if your skin is sensitive.
- The UltraSoft foam gradually molds to the contours of the nose and mouth and maintains its seal when you change position.
- The foam allows a very slight trickle of air to pass through, for a less stifling sensation against the skin.

The cushion is simply wiped clean and should not be submerged in water.
