Cutting an opening to the right size before each change takes time and precision. The New Image convex flange is already pre-cut to the chosen size and applies directly to clean, dry skin. Its convex shape gently presses around the stoma and keeps the flange in contact even when the skin has dips or creases.

- Its coupling ring receives the pouch of the two-piece system, so the pouch can be changed without removing the flange from the skin
