Most ankle braces enclose the heel, and in dance, gymnastics, or judo, this coverage can reduce the feeling of the floor. The open-heel MalleoTrain S leaves the heel free to maintain direct contact with the ground, while the figure-eight strap wraps around the foot, connecting the midfoot and hindfoot to the lower leg.

• The strap is applied under tension and can be adjusted on both sides to prevent the ankle from twisting outwards.
• The Class 1 compressive knit (20 to 30 mmHg) applies varying pressure that stimulates the muscles around the ankle.
• The breathable knit conforms to the shape of the foot and can be worn barefoot or in a sports shoe.
• Machine washable at 30 °C with liquid soap, then air dry.
