After a thigh tear or strain, taping must be redone every day and often requires assistance. The MyoTrain brace can be put on alone and applies targeted pressure to the injured muscle with its individually adjustable oblique straps. Two pads can be added or removed depending on the stage of recovery.

• The small pad should be applied in the first few hours to compress the affected area and limit hematoma formation.
• The larger pad, with its ribs running along the leg, helps reduce swelling.
• Once the pain has subsided, the brace can be worn without a pad to support the thigh when resuming activity.

The breathable knit can be machine washed at 30 °C.
