Immobilizing a painful wrist often comes at the cost of hand function. The ManuTrain works differently with a compressive knit around the wrist and a strap system that starts from the forearm, wraps around the palm, and limits flexion towards the palm and ulnar deviation, without compromising grip.

• Support is adjusted according to the recovery stage, with the rigid splint and straps initially, followed by partial or complete removal of the system when the wrist regains function.
• Two soft pads distribute pressure and prevent crushing nerves and blood vessels, with the pad on the little finger side being notched to clear the prominent bone.
• The thumb opening and the seamless design between the thumb and index finger reduce irritation during several hours of wear.
