Getting up from a bed or a low chair becomes simpler with a fixed support point within reach. The SuperPole bar is placed between the floor and the ceiling, then locked by an expansion screw that puts it under tension, without drilling or screwing into the structure. A horizontal bar is added to the pole and provides a second grip, useful for turning in bed or repositioning oneself before getting up.
