With a two-piece system, the flange remains adhered to the skin and only the pouch is changed. The SUR-FIT Natura closed-end pouch attaches to a 45 mm flange and is then removed completely once full, without emptying. Its opaque wall keeps the contents out of sight under clothing.

The closed SUR-FIT Natura pouch is replaced completely rather than being emptied, and its coupling ring attaches to the wafer already in place. The skin barrier remains on the skin between changes, so the skin around the stoma is manipulated less.
