Leaning forward or lying down can sometimes cause urine to flow back towards the stoma. The SUR-FIT Natura urostomy pouch addresses this issue with its Accuseal non-reflux valve, located at the top of the pouch, which keeps urine at the bottom and prevents it from flowing back towards the stoma.

The SUR-FIT Natura two-piece system separates the barrier from the pouch, so the skin is less irritated since only the pouch is replaced. Its Accuseal non-return valve prevents urine from returning to the stoma, and the opaque pouch keeps the contents invisible under clothing.
